The Intensive isn't conditional on a Foundation build. You leave with a written audit, prioritised plan, and full proposal. Whether you then build with us, build with another vendor, build in-house, or sit on it for three months is your call. The plan's the same shape regardless.

The session itself is one-to-one with you. Sometimes a co-owner or operations lead joins, that's fine. We'd rather keep the head count low so the conversation goes deeper. The written report after the session is yours to circulate however you want.

Depending on Titus's calendar, usually inside two weeks. If you're in Auckland, in-person sessions are easier to find a slot for. Everywhere else is Zoom.

A short brief (around 30 minutes to fill out) covering your business, lead sources, current sales process, team structure, and what you've already tried with AI. The pre-work shapes the session so we're not spending the first half on basics.
