The methodology

We don't take a brief and disappear for six months. The AI Strategy Intensive comes first. Two hours one-to-one. Pre-work, written audit, prioritised plan, full proposal in your inbox before the call ends. You see the shape of the install before you commit a cent to the build.

The two-week build runs tight. Architecture and integrations early. Brain layer wired in. Starter workforce automations built, tested, shipped. Production testing and handover by the end of week two. The work shows up on your phone before the build's even finished. Additional automations get scoped per build, after the Foundation is in.

Everything we build lives on your infrastructure, on your accounts, with your credentials. Full code. IP assignment paperwork. Documentation pack. Team training. If you've got a technical lead or an in-house dev, your team can take the install and run it from day one.

Most owners stay on with us as their AI partner. Ongoing training as the business shifts, optimisation as the patterns sharpen, implementation when new bottlenecks show up, and support for the operator using the system day-to-day. The choice is yours and you can change your mind later. The Foundation runs either way.
